Chris Hemsworth Is Now A Part Of The Awesome Sounding Ghostbusters Reboot

After Spy, I'm totally down for whatever Paul Feig and Melissa McCarthy are up to. Their Ghostbusters reboot (which Feig is directing with McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Leslie Jones and Kate McKinnon starring as the titular team ya gotta call) already sounded promising, but now, a new cast member has been added to the project that really makes this one sound special; according to Paul Feigs Twitter feed, Chris Hemsworth will play the receptionist for these new Ghostbusters,

The idea of Hemsworth doing more comedy is uber appealing considering how funny he is in the Thor movies (Who doesn't say "ANOTHER!!" from time to time? Another notable bit is in Thor: The Dark World where he gently places his hammer on a hatrack). The idea of him bouncing off the likes of McKinnon is quite enticing, and I can't wait to see who else rounds out the cast. One of the best aspects of Spy was how wonderfully casted every character in it was, and so far, it looks like that tradition is being kept intact. May I suggest Abbi Jacobson and Ilana Glazer as rival Ghostbusters?
