Adjusting to the calmer intricacies of civilian life after being stuck in combat mode 24/7 is a primary one as are the lingering mental health problems many in wartime situations develop. These are the kind of issues the lead characters, a group of young soldiers returning home from a tour of duty in Iraq circa. 2007, of the Jason Hall-directed motion picture Thank You For Your Service. The soldier that serves as our protagonist of this project is Adam Schumann (Miles Teller), a staff sergeant who now has to come home to his wife, Saskia Schumann (Haley Bennett) a more tranquil family life that he internally struggles to adapt to.

Guess what's getting a sequel in March? Insurgent, one of my most least favorite movies of 2015. The new trailer for its follow-up, Allegiant, doesn't look painfully bad, but then again, neither did the trailers for Insurgent and oh God, I know how that one turned out. Everyone looks so uninterested in being in these things, from lead actor Shailene Woodley to direct Robert Schwentke (I had such high hopes for him after his super fun debut film Red, but R.I.P.D. and Insurgent have erased all my hopes).

In the year since Divergent was released, so much has changed for the cast. Shailiene Woodley (along with Divergent co-star Ansel Elgort) dazzle in The Fault In Our Stars, Miles Teller starred in one of the best movies of the past few years, Whiplash, and Theo James did.....uh, I think he signed on to star in a reboot of the Underworld movies. Simply put, these guys have done some great work since the first Divergent film, which makes seeing them return to this franchise disappointing, especially considering how lackluster it is.

For ages, the new Fantastic Four movie has been surrounded in secrecy, and has drawn the ire of many on the internet not just because of that secrecy, but also because what little information has been released has become quite controversial. The movie has some kind of found-footage approach? Doctor Doom as a blogger? Cast members being urged not to read the comics that inspired the movie? Tons of stuff that's generated discussion, but I've tried to keep myself from passing too much of a judgement until some actual footage dropped.
