There's Plenty Of (GASP!) Fun To Be Had In Batman: The Movie

Before Ben Affleck, before Christian Bale, before Michael Keaton, before all of that...there was Adam West. West was the man who portrayed Batman in the 1960's Batman TV show and ended up becoming the first actor to portray Batman in a theatrical film (aside from Lewis Wilson and Robert Lowrey, who played the caped crusader in two different 15-chapter serial films in the 1940's) once that TV show got a film adaptation promptly titled Batman: The Movie. The feature film carries over the heavily stylized and campy aesthetic of the show with aplomb, there's really no limit to how absurd how this movie can get.

Will Arnetts Lego Batman Is Getting His Own Movie!

Adam West. Michael Keaton. Val Kilmer. Kevin Conroy. George Clooney. Christian Bale. Ben Affleck. These are the men who have brought Batman to life over the years through various mediums, with their interpretations of the Caped Crusader ranging from great (Bale, Conroy) to unknown (Affleck) to abysmal (Kilmer, Clooney). But the best version of him yet is the most recent, Will Arnetts turn as Lego Batman in this years spectacular The Lego Movie. And now, that particular version is getting its own film!

DC Double Dose! First Photo Of Superman From New Movie, Plus Adam West Batman Coming To Blu-Ray!!

DC Comics has been in news overdrive this past few weeks, whether its been announcing the official title for the new Batman vs. Superman film, or unofficially announcing whose playing Aquaman. Two big things have dropped onto the internet today, one directly related to the expanding DC Cinematic Universe started by Man of Steel, the other dealing with the first ever home video release of Adam Wests Batman show!
