Just from this trailer, it also looks like Roger Deakins is going hog wild on a visual level with depicting the bombastic sequences classic spectacle driven Hollywood pictures thrived on, with all sorts of terrific shots and a wonderful color palette coming through just in the two and a half minute long footage this trailer shows off. Holly hell, I'm excited as all out for this movie, which looks like it very much has the potential to be another Coen Brothers winner. Now I'll go and countdown the days until this one gets released (119 days) and watching the trailer a couple dozen times more.

The Future Has Arrived In The First Trailer For Hail Caesar!
Alright, let's just get past the introduction folks, I know what you wanna see. Behold, the first trailer for the next film from Ethan and Joel Coen, Hail Caesar!
This films looks to be centered square in the style and tone of past farcical Coen Brothers pictures like Burn After Reading, O Brother, Where Art Thou, Fargo and The Big Lebowski, and that's no problem as far as I'm concerned. The jokes come fast & furious in this trailer (Jonah Hill being oblivious to seductive Scarlett Johansson may be the best joke of the entire trailer) and good freaking God, that cast. There isn't a dud actor in that roster, and it's awesome to see Coen Brother vets like George Clooney, Josh Brolin and Frances McDormand rubbing shoulders with actors that are newbies to the directing duo such as Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill.
